We will confirm and process your request
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received. All applicable data will be deleted within 15 days of your request.
What happens to your data

Please note: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Any upcoming bookings linked to your account will also be cancelled. If you have active sessions, we recommend reaching out to us before submitting a deletion request. By law, invoices and bookkeeping records must be kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year, even after a deletion request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What to expect
After You Submit
Day 0 — Request received
We receive your email and log your deletion request.
Within 1–2 business days — Confirmation sent
We send you an email confirming your request has been accepted and is being processed.
Within 15 days — Data deleted
All personal data listed above as deleted is permanently removed from our systems and those of our sub-processors (Google Calendar, Resend).
Final confirmation
You will receive a final email confirming that your data has been fully deleted.
