What Data We Collect and Why
When you contact us (email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook): your name, contact details and your message, so we can answer you.
When you book a consultation (on mav.dk or in the Akos Ayurveda app): your name, email address, phone number (if given), the chosen time and any note you add.
When you take the Ayurveda quiz in the app: your answers and result, stored only for the duration of your session.
When you become a client: to give you a personal Ayurveda, aromatherapy, coaching or meditation consultation, we record information about your wellbeing, lifestyle, diet, health history and observations from the consultation (for example pulse reading). This is health information, which the law gives special protection. Without it we cannot give you a personal consultation.
Payments and bookkeeping: invoices and payment records with your name and the service purchased.
Transcendental Meditation courses and intro talks: sign-ups through links to transcendental-meditation.dk are handled by Foreningen for Transcendental Meditation, which is responsible for that data under its own privacy policy. As your TM teacher, we receive the information needed to teach your course.
We do not collect location data, payment card details or device identifiers.
Data Sharing & Sub-Processors
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data only with providers who process it on our behalf:
We also share data with our web hosting provider, and with our accountant and bank where needed for bookkeeping and payments. Some providers may transfer data to the USA; this happens under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. When you visit our Facebook page, Meta and we are joint controllers for the page statistics Meta provides to us.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.
- Bookings and client records, including health information: kept for 5 years after your last consultation, or for another period if we have agreed on this with you, so we can follow up on your course of treatment. They are then deleted.
- Ayurveda quiz results in the app: kept only for the duration of your session.
- Invoices and bookkeeping records: kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringslovens § 12). Our financial year follows the calendar year. For example, an invoice issued on 1 January 2025 belongs to the 2025 financial year, which ends on 31 December 2025, so it is kept until 31 December 2030 and then deleted.
Cookies
Our websites only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, unless you consent to others by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no non-essential cookies are set. The booking page on mav.dk embeds Google Calendar, and Google may set its own cookies there. You can change your choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser.
Your Rights Under GDPR

Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including password-protected accounts with two-step verification, and by limiting access to client information to Ákos Mester.
Children's Privacy
Our app and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us their data, please contact privacy@oresundhed.dk and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes are published here and in the app. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Hvilke oplysninger vi indsamler og hvorfor
Når du kontakter os (e-mail, telefon, WhatsApp, Facebook): dit navn, dine kontaktoplysninger og din besked, så vi kan svare dig.
Når du booker en konsultation (på mav.dk eller i appen Akos Ayurveda): dit navn, din e-mailadresse, dit telefonnummer (hvis oplyst), det valgte tidspunkt og eventuelle bemærkninger.
Når du tager ayurveda-quizzen i appen: dine svar og dit resultat, som kun gemmes, så længe din session varer.
Når du bliver klient: for at kunne give dig en personlig konsultation inden for ayurveda, aromaterapi, coaching eller meditation registrerer vi oplysninger om dit velbefindende, din livsstil, kost, helbredshistorik og iagttagelser fra konsultationen (f.eks. pulsaflæsning). Det er helbredsoplysninger, som loven giver en særlig beskyttelse. Uden dem kan vi ikke give dig en personlig konsultation.
Betaling og bogføring: fakturaer og betalingsoplysninger med dit navn og den købte ydelse.
Kurser og introforedrag i Transcendental Meditation: tilmelding via links til transcendental-meditation.dk håndteres af Foreningen for Transcendental Meditation, som er dataansvarlig for de oplysninger efter sin egen privatlivspolitik. Som din TM-lærer modtager vi de oplysninger, der er nødvendige for at undervise dig.
Vi indsamler ikke lokationsdata, betalingskortoplysninger eller enheds-id'er.
Deling af oplysninger og databehandlere
Vi sælger eller udlejer aldrig dine oplysninger. Vi deler kun begrænsede oplysninger med leverandører, der behandler dem på vores vegne:
Vi deler også oplysninger med vores webhotel samt med vores revisor og bank, når det er nødvendigt for bogføring og betaling. Nogle leverandører kan overføre oplysninger til USA; det sker på grundlag af EU-US Data Privacy Framework eller EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser. Når du besøger vores Facebook-side, er Meta og vi fælles dataansvarlige for de sidestatistikker, Meta stiller til rådighed for os.
Hvor længe vi opbevarer dine oplysninger
- Henvendelser, der ikke fører til en booking: slettes senest 12 måneder efter sidste kontakt.
- Bookinger og klientoplysninger, herunder helbredsoplysninger: opbevares i 5 år efter din seneste konsultation, eller i en anden periode, hvis vi har aftalt det med dig, så vi kan følge op på dit forløb. Derefter slettes de.
- Resultater af ayurveda-quizzen i appen: gemmes kun, så længe din session varer.
- Fakturaer og bogføringsmateriale: opbevares i 5 år fra udgangen af det regnskabsår, materialet vedrører, som krævet af bogføringslovens § 12. Vores regnskabsår følger kalenderåret. En faktura udstedt den 1. januar 2025 hører for eksempel til regnskabsåret 2025, som slutter den 31. december 2025. Den opbevares derfor til den 31. december 2030 og slettes derefter.

Vores hjemmesider bruger kun cookies, der er strengt nødvendige for, at siden fungerer, medmindre du giver samtykke til andre ved at klikke "Accept" i cookiebanneret. Sikkerhed
Vi beskytter dine oplysninger med passende tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger, herunder adgangskodebeskyttede konti med totrinsbekræftelse, og ved at begrænse adgangen til klientoplysninger til Ákos Mester.
Børn
Vores app og ydelser er ikke rettet mod børn under 16 år. Vi indsamler ikke bevidst personoplysninger om mindreårige. Hvis du mener, at en mindreårig har givet os sine oplysninger, så kontakt privacy@oresundhed.dk, så sletter vi dem hurtigst muligt.
Ændringer
Vi kan opdatere denne politik. Ændringer offentliggøres her og i appen. Datoen øverst viser, hvornår den sidst er ændret.
